Chill Out @ Esplanade

I realise that I’m starting to love my colleagues more and more, as the times we spent together are really fun, crazy, yet genuine. They are the people whom I know I can share my problems with, who never judges me, but seek to alleviate my issues. Last night’s chill out session was just one of the many times where we can just be ourselves, got to know each other better, and be there for each other.

Deciding to head to Esplanade (which I’m very glad because it’s been a while since I went there), Ivy, Shirley and I had a sumptuous dinner at Thai Express, before heading to the very vintage restaurant that I always pass by, but never enter. Here’s introducing, The Cookie Museum.

Apologies for the lack of photos, for words from me can’t exactly describe how lovely the place is. But if you are interested, I managed to google a couple of posts by fellow bloggers about the place. You can read it here and here =)

Surrounded by European vintage decor, coupled with the fact that you have a personal table for your tea, you cannot help but really feel like a princess/queen. Plus, the customer service is really good. I like the fact that they really spend time with you to introduce to you all their various cookies, be it the interesting ones, or the exotic ones. Be satiated by their Berry Light, to being intrigued by their Nasi Lemak flavours. Yea, I know that it sounds funny to be eating a cookie with Nasi Lemak or Hei Bi Hiam flavours, but trust me, they are really nice and yummy! Oh, and if you are interested in purchasing their cookies, even for festive seasons, they are more than happy to provide for you the freshest of the lot!

So, if you are ever keen to try out their cookies, and bask in the glory of the possibility of feeling like a princess, do head down to The Cookie Museum. It would be wise to place reservations too just in case, as being a small place and having people like me chilling out at the place for a long period of time, it can be difficult trying to get seats =P
