Thanks to Chee Yee’s planning, I got my butt back to Sentosa for the first time ever since I flown back in from Sydney. Call me a mountain tortoise, but I was simply awed by the changes that happened. Somehow just being overseas for one year made me more sensitive to the changes in my homeland, no matter how subtle or small they are =)
And, I finally got to play vball again after so long!! Nevermind the scorching sun, the hot sand, the lack of cute guys (oops), the unglam look of me when I fall, the embarrassment of me when I hit the ball way off target, and the lousy stamina. It was so freaking fun to get my hands all sore and painful yet again!
So much so that I guess the highlight of the day was me causing the ball getting caught up in the leaves of a coconut tree, that we had to spend some time devicing ways to get it down! Tsk tsk… My sincere apologies! =P
