A dried up ketupat made from coconut leaves (that’s because it was already a few days after production). Many thanks to Aziz (my ward’s nurse clinician), who took some time to teach the very slow Geri (I’m sure he almost vomitted blood).
However, I was extremely proud of myself when I was able to complete one on my own, even though I was confused again very soon upon trying to make the next one. (So much so that I wasn’t able to in the end!). My staff nurse even made fun of me by saying that by the time I finished making one, all my patients would have starved to death… It sure wasn’t easy!!
